Abilities: She uses illusions as her form of attack and evade. Mainly as a form of distraction she will create something, not a building or anything bigger then a car, that can possibly frighten an enemy and make them cringe for a minute so that she can get in close and try to kill the person.

Personality: Cold and calculating, Scarlet is the type of person that will tail a target for days if it means confirming a kill. She has no remorse and disregards life, saying that others are beneath her and that she doesn't need anyone but herself. Anyone that she works with she will eventually turn against and kill, growing quite frustrated if she doesn't end said persons life. She works for anyone no matter what their intentions or who they want dead. As far as she is concerned each kill is just another pay check.

Background: Born in the town of Avelondis, Scarlet was the daughter of a human father and an Elven mother. The three lived on the outskirts of the city and made their way in the world as they could. While her child hood was....decent...it wasn't a good one. Especially since Avelondis was constantly plagued by raids from bandits and in a state of ruin. About the time that she turned 13(By appearance) the raids had started to dwindle down and come to an end. This was good for the town of course...however one last raid changed Scarlet's life forever. During this final raid Scarlet and her family had been caught in the middle of it..both of her parents losing their lives right before her eyes. To add to this the Bandits kidnapped her and took Scarlet with them far away from her home. She spent of a few years under the abuse of these Bandits but soon her liberation had come.

A mysterious man came across the Bandits' camp and he found Talia stowed away where there was little sunlight. The Bandits confronted this man but they were easily disposed of because this man was no normal human or human hybrid. He was in fact a vampire and he took pity upon the half-elf. Through this pity he turned Talia into a Vampire herself. Along with that the Vampire taught her the ways of an Illusionist and how to use them to her advantage.

After a few years of training and traveling with this Vampiric mentor, Scarlet became a well adept killer and her teacher became ill. Scarlet wanted to help him get better but he refused her advances for medicinal help. Instead he told her to take his swords(shown above in picture) and use them to take his life. As much as she didn't want to do this, Scarlet respected her liberators wishes and ended his life.

Now a few years later she has become a well adept and successful assassin, living for no one but herself. The white scarf she wears is how she hides her vampiric fangs and she travels anywhere and everywhere, her main home being her home town of Avelondis.

RP Example: Scarlet looked across the Shipyard of Carena and groaned a bit. She had received a note Avelondis weeks ago that said to meet here tonight. She assumed it was to be hired for a quick and simple kill...but now she was thinking it was just a way to annoy her.

"If this a** decides to show up then I'm putting his head on a stake.." She muttered and then turned to the sound of footsteps.

The main had a wide-eyed look and a sadistic smirk to him. Someone that Scarlet could get used too...before she killed him. He wore a business suit and she took notice that one of his hands was hanging slightly out of sight.

"You the deadbeat that sent for me?" She asked.

"Very good..you came." He said...vaguely answering her question.

"Alright..who do you want dead...I warn you that I don't work for cheap.." She asked getting straight to business.

"Oh this job is very easy...just stand there...and die.." The man said and then pulled a gun and fired at her.

The bullet hit Scarlet square between the eyes and she crumbled to the ground, her eyes closing as she died.

The man smirked and walked up to her, kicking over on her back and laughing at how simple it was to kill her. But then something happened. Two blades exited through his body and a woman whispered into his ear.

"Nice try stupid fool." Scarlet whispered as the Illusion of her vanished and the man died. Scarlet kicked the man into the water and sheathed her swords, dusting herself off. "Now if you had been smart...you'd be alive.." She muttered as she walked away.

Notes: Due to the fact that she can't feed regularly on flesh blood, Scarlet carries vials filled with a sufficient amount of blood in each of them. They don't taste as good as fresh blood..but she has gotten over it. Also, she used to use a pair of Assassin Blades, but changed to using pistols and a single blade for faster jobs
